Conservation & Ecosystem Health Alliance (CEHA) is a Non Governmental Organisation incorporated in USA (Ref; 6773-205-7; EIN number 611648348) in 2011 and locally registered in Uganda under Uganda NGO Registration Board (Reg No; 9418). CEHA was purposely registered to operate as a charitable organisation to initiate and implement conservation and research program at wildlife-human-livestock interface to promote co-existence, health and conservation of ecosystems throughout Africa using One Health Approach. CEHA has a mission to achieve sustainable conservation through multidisciplinary research while promoting nature conservation, ecosystem and human health. CEHA formed Eco Health Research Group and has been implementing the project under: Development of EcoHealth Research and Training Capacity in Uganda. Under this project, several national and international medical, nursing, veterinary and public health students have undertaken and participated in short term projects in Albertine Ecosystem in Partnership with University of Minnesota and Makerere University. CEHA also implements several initiatives in One health in partnership with Local Governments especially Hoima and other districts in the Albertine Rift as a satellite one health demonstration site.CEHA offers unique platform of linking universities to communities as part of training, capacity building experiential learning and research;
